The general meeting deliberates on all issues and subjects falling within the scope of the CCIS's competence, specifically on the following points:
- Election of the members of the board
- Creation of committees and definition of competences
- Discussion and approval of the draft internal regulations
- Discussion and approval of the strategic plan and the action plan of the Chamber
- Discussion and approval of the draft budget
- Discussion and approval of the annual administrative account
- Discussion and approval of real estate acquisitions and disposals, loans, donations and wills
- Discussion and approval of draft agreements to be concluded by the Chamber
- Discussion and approval of the annual reports of the chartered accountant.
- Discussion and approval of participation in public or private companies referred to in the provisions of Article 5 above
- Approval of the decision to waive or conclude an agreement in all disputes of the Chamber
- The general meeting may delegate part of its powers.
